President Shimon Peres visit the Beer Sheva River Park (Aug' 2, 2009). As part of a visit to the city of Beer Sheva, president Peres and Mayor Ruvik Danilovich visit the Central Promenade in the Beer Sheva River Park.

Be’er Sheva celebrates Israeli Independence Day at the Be’er Sheva River Park. Mission of donors and presidents of JNF Australia.      A tour of Montreal Bell Park adjacent to the Neve Noi neighborhood and a view of the old city.      A discussion was held on the current development of Be’er Sheva and the history the city shares with Australia, given the participation of ANZAC soldiers in the battle for Beer-Sheva in World War I.

Pedestrian bridge over the pipe bridge across from the Neve Noi neighborhood. A pedestrian bridge to be built over the existing water pipe bridge between the old city on the north and the Neve Noi neighborhood on the south.      (See the Movie page on the website.)     

The restoration of the Ottoman bridge is in advanced planning stages.      The Ottoman bridge over the Be’er Sheva River is one of the symbols of the city and the park.      Planning of the restoration and conservation of the bridge to make it part of the system of promenades in the park is now in advanced stages.      The bridge will connect the Bedouin market with the central promenade.
